During the winter, spring and autumn school holidays, our guides offer scientific and experimental workshops for children. You can take advantage of your visit to the Cité de la Voile to attend these workshops, or if you already know the place, come only during the workshops. An instructive moment to spend with the family in Lorient during the holidays!

From the oyster to the pocket
Discover the oyster's life cycle, from birth to adulthood, then make a basket using recycled oyster farming bags.
Winter holidays:

Pontoon plankton
Collect plankton beneath our pontoons, observe it, and discover its essential role in marine ecosystems and the food chain.
Spring holidays:
April 14, 15, 16, 21, 22 and 23 at 4:00 pm
Mysteries of the oceans
Observe samples collected from our beaches using digital magnifiers and identify what the sea leaves on our shores.
Autumn holidays:
October 20, 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29 at 4:00 pm
